The Door of the Town is the only current access for vehicles that Pedraza has, and the only entry and persons' exit under his arch. At the end of the XXth century there was discovered his current front, which could be a Mozarab. In turn, it is part of the turret of alertness where there is located The Jail, building rehabilitated at the beginning of the eighties for museum, visit and diverse cultural acts. A su vez, forma parte del torreón de vigilancia donde se ubica La Cárcel, edificio rehabilitado a primeros de los ochenta para museo, visita y diversos actos culturales.

Constructed aproximádamente in the  VIIIth century it was rehabilitated later on the XVIth century and it still keeps the doors of black poplar, something spoiled already, that even can close leaving the Town "sealed" and fortified as formerly.

Inside the arch it is possible to see the figure of name “The crucifix of the Door of the Town”.

We had earring to offer you this recorded video 9 of 9 of 2009 (region dates) owing to the sit-in of Pedraza of the Saw, one of the most ancient of Spain. The horses led by his riders are the managers of bringing over the herd of bulls, wrapped up by headstalls or mattresses, from the pasture up to the talanqueras that will take them to the Major Square where he installs the bullring to himself for these days.

A few months ago we were proving to be to you our first one Steal Lapse of the Biggest Square of Pedraza owing to the Concerts of the Sails 2009.

This summer we realize the capture of 79 photos, 50 in the daytime on second of August to 8:30h, and 29 at night on fourth of August to 00:30h. to create this one Steal Lapse that you can see next. You will notice something of movement due to the spongers' soil. Notaréis algo de movimiento debido al suelo de gorrones.

As soon as all the images were mounted in this video we propose to you to place yourselves in the center of the Biggest Square to make her turn around you, without having to move of house, although we always say to you that it is much better to come to see it in situ.

We keep on discovering Pedraza for all.

We prove to be to you next one “Steal lapse“ or "Timelapse" realized during the capture of seat of the Biggest Square for the first “Concert of the Sails” of the edition XVIII, in this year 2009.

On July 4. Approximately one hour summed up in 149 photos, initiating the frequency every 20 seconds, to happen to 10 seconds and finally every five seconds, mounted later to 10 frames per second.

East was the first one of two concerts, in this case responsible for The Scholars Baroque Ensemble, which are celebrated in the Biggest Square of Pedraza of the Saw, organized by the Foundation Town of Pedraza. The people remains with the asleep power line and thousands of sails illuminate this medieval Town.
